It was a long time since I wrote here in the english section of my homepage and I have to admit that it is cause I've been quite lazy.

Anyway, there has been alot of new stuff going on since last time I wrote. For example I've done a 2 km running test and a gym test. I did 7.23 in the 2000m, which is a very bad result. Last year in October I did the same test with a result of 6.58. This, and other factors have made me start focusing alot on endurance training. My goal for this winter is to raise my present Vo2 max with 0.5 l. which is a quite hard thing to do. This made me for an example start cycle, rowing and running.

The gym test went okay. I've lost some results in diffrent muscles. Bench press was some of the exercises where I had a good result, compared to bench pull where the result was terrible.

Yesterday, I did 2*40min paddling with some resistance, 75 min gym and also some running up-hill. Today, there will be one paddling practise and one gym practise. For tomorrow there will be rest.

This week has been alot of fun, not much training and only eating good food and partying. Unfortunately I got sick last thursday, but it is getting better and I will probably start training tomorrow.

I'm sitting here with mascara, foundation and a new colour on my hair. I have been gone all day in a barber school where they have been working with my hair all day. All the work for 5 minutes on a scen as a hair model. It was alot of fun and maybe I will do it again next year, we will se.

The last competition was totally shit, but what ever, now I'm just happy that the season is over. One week of from any water training. This week I will only practise gym together with David, and have alot of fun!

I added some new pictures in my gallery. Unfortunately it is a hard work to load the pictures, and I also do'nt have that many of them, so that is why there are'nt so many pictures.

Played some frisbee-golf in friday. It was a long time ago I played and it was really fun. In saturday I raced in our district championships. 200 m. sucked and I had a really bad time. K2 500 m. with David was okay and my k1 5000 was great even if I did'nt complete it. I did'nt finish it cause I wanted to rest for todays race. Today it was a 31km marathon race called "Göta Kanalloppet". The olympic champion Eirik Veraas Larsen was one of my opponents. I did a really great start and was in the lead after 150 meter. Then I tried to take the wash from one of the best swedish marathon racers, but I failed. Four guys left me and some other guys behind. And the hunt begun. But hehe I did'nt have a chance against Eirik. In the end I was fifth and one minute from fourth place. Eleven minutes after Eirik. It was my best performance in senior marathon races, so I'm really happy now. Tomorrow I will have a lecture and some deserved rest.

A couple of hard days has passed by, with some really really bad training sessions in the kayak. Instead I tried to cheer me up with some diffrent training, like Tae Kwon Do and Thai-boxing. The Tai-boxing was alot of fun, but it was a little bit too rough for me. So I will probably just keep practising the Tae Kwon do. Otherwise it has been alot of studying lately. Today we had a lab, calculating the velocity of a nerve in the arm, called nervus medianus. Unfortunately we only have one more lab in this course. Too bad, when the labs are much more fun than the usual lectures. After School I did some sprint practise with David and Klas. 15 flying sprints and 5 starts. I was quite fast, and feel that maybe I will be in alittle bit better shape for the upcoming marathon race, than I was in tuesday and wednesday. The diagram by the side will show you my pulse in this session.

The swedish championships finished in sunday. I was not that satisfied with the results, I did some good races but some were also really bad. Me and David did two good races in the k2. Second place in 1000m in U21 and fourth place in 5000m for seniors. I also did an avarage race in 500m for seniors where I was out in the semi, but with the 13th best time. In monday, the local tv-news did some interviews and stuff, and later in the evening me and some guys were on television.

In Saturday I have a competition called the district championships, it is all the cities in a district in the middle of Sweden which eill compete against each others. The next day I will race in the Göta Kanalloppet which is a marathon race. It will be a 31km long race against some really good guys, like Eirik Veraas Larsen.

The Swedish championships(SC) are closing in, my big goal this season. I have been training just to be in my best shape this weekend. Today though it does'nt feel that good. Since last weeks rest, it has'nt felt that good. But there are a couple of days left, so hopefully it will work out. David my k2 partner is maybe ill, but he is not sure, so we will have to wait for what will happen. Otherwise I was on the university on my first lesson, and it will probably be quite hard to study this course.

A couple of hard days has passed by. Alot of good training, which now will follow with two days of rest. Yesterday I did 1.46 in a 500 race in one training. It is my best time, ever in a practise. Im pleased and think that my shape is getting much better. I am aiming for 1.45 on the swedish championships next week.

Klas is back from the military, so I thought all the problems with the k4 was solved. But now it seems that we will not do any k4 race. Maybe it is for the best, cause I have my 500 race 40min after the k4.

Today I worked my last day in Ikea, and after that I went to the university for an introduction. I will study Anatomy & Physiology. Later I, Mikael and Klas left for Tae Kwon Do, it was awesome!! Yesterday we also tried boxing, but it was shit. I will probably start with tae kwon do after the season. I also fixed a guestbook now, it is some crapy shit...but who cares. Tomorrow I will be next to the TV all mornign and afternoon, watching Eurosport and the world championships to cheer for, M. Kalganov, R. Erban, M. Erbanova and the swedish team of course.

I have been quite busy last week, trainingcamp and alot of working has been done thiss weekend. This has unfortunatly disturbed my training, but still I feel very good in shape. The technique is not so good but instead I feel alot of power in my strokes.

Today I have been working on IKEA from 05.00-12.00 am. It is hard to go up in the morning but I slept well this morning so it is okay. Today I will do some gym training and maybe to try out boxing in a local club. I have decided to probably practise Tae Kwon Do or somethign similary this winter.

Otherwise, there are some fighting in our club about who will have the fourth place in our senior k4.

Hi. I started working with this site a couple of days ago and with the purpuse of more easily get sponsors in the future, and also just for fun. I hope that this site eventually will contain a guestbook and maybe a training diary apart from the functions that you can see today.

Otherwise, I did some gym trainging today with David and his brother Johan, an hour after I hade a nice 70 min long massage which was very relaxing. I will have the rest of the day of, when a three day long training camp start tomorrow.
